Situated on a steep hillside overlooking Lake Travis in Austin, Texas, this house was designed to maximize view.  The living areas are arranged in a large 2-story volume with a single master suite on the upper level. The entrance is across a bridge to the road at the 3rd level. The lower level is a rental apartment unit with a separate entrance.
