Lord Residence

This project was a major remodel in 2 phases and the addition of an ADU in phase 2.

The design strategy was to “insert” a dramatic two-story space into and through a Santa Monica traditional home facilitating the addition of a second floor.

Phase 1 was focused on the rear half of the house, and phase 2 completed the project, with an addition to the front.
